Meet Daniela

I believe that mental and emotional wellness is deeply connected to how we relate to ourselves and others. My approach is warm, humanistic, and grounded in creating a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel understood and supported. I draw from trauma informed, attachment based, relational, CBT, and mindfulness approaches to help you explore your patterns, regulate emotions, strengthen self worth, and build healthier relationships. My professional background spans psychiatric emergency services, acute care, and community mental health.

I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self worth wounds, and relational conflict with a culturally responsive and trauma-informed lens. I also offer social work consultation for students, helping them navigate fieldwork, confidence, and early career development.
